Okay everyone, tickets are set to go on sale from 6am on the 28th of June 2013. Previous years punters and people who've requested to go on the mailing list will be receiving an invitation with their unique ID code shortly. Here's what it says:
The Committee of Roses Gap Music Camp would like to invite you to apply for tickets to the 2013 camp.
We will once again be using online booking system for this year. If you get into strife, you can contact us through the website and we will help you through the process.
So, the starting place is our registration page.
All the information about the program, the tutors, a location map and more, can be found on this website.
New applicants will be issued a number when they register, the ID number is only required for RETURNING campers - that is - people receiving the e-mail.
When your application is processed online, you will receive an e-mail confirming your booking. Unlike last year, there is no need to bring a printout of this ticket with you to Roses Gap.
If you are a volunteer (or would like to be), please contact Arabella (volunteers coordinator) via the contact form on the website before you attempt to register for the camp.
Those of you who have been "bunking" at Roses Gap before will know that we have to allocate bunks on a shared basis.
If you have a family group, or a group of compatible friends, who can share a 6, 8, or 10 bed bunkhouse, please let us know through our e-mail contact site. Knowing the age and gender of children accompanying single parents will help us to make suitable groupings as well.
Sharing may not be your ideal, but it is necessary, and all part of the Roses gap experience. With you help we will make it as easy as we can.
